Wappinger Falls Man Caught With Stun Gun, Cocaine After Traffic Stop A Wappingers Falls man was caught with a stun gun and cocaine Wednesday during a traffic stop in Highland, according to the Town of Lloyd Police. Dwayne L. White, 32,  was arrested around 2:40 a.m., and charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance, felony criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a controlled substance after the vehicle he was operating was stopped for traffic violations on Route 44/55, said Lt. The man used a green bag to take items and when he attempted to leave the store a struggle ensued with Target loss prevention officer when he was stopped, police said.
